The Ursa Major is a one frame studio with a 50 mt2 live room equipped with very high quality of sound gear. The studio was born in the old essential oil extraction laboratory, with a spectacular view on Orta lake.

The studio is located within the Aula Arcobaleno property, a famous structure where medicinal plants are grown. Ursa > is located in the middle of a chestnut forest, near the town but far from mass tourism. Privacy is an important prerogative for us and for the artists who decide to produce their own disc with us in total relaxation, with privacy and without stress.

Ursa is connected to completes Aula Arcobaleno’s apartments that artists can book. The studio is also suitable for pre-production or creative production sessions, long-term use sessions are also available.

Ursa is inside the park of Aula Arcobaleno, an ancient and exclusive 1700 residence, close to the town but out of mass tourism, it is very important for us to preserve the ancient, curative and beneficial nature of the place which is located within a centuries-old forest among streams and wild herbs. The house has just been renovated and equipped with all comforts. The private park that surrounds the house has an area of 3 hectares and is entirely available to guests. The park contains many ancient fruit plants, a lavender field, Hemp field during summer and field of blueberries and medicinal herbs.

You can relax and enjoy the untouched silence on our terrace in the woods. You will also have a solarium terrace, a lake view terrace, and a gazebo under which it is nice to drink an herbal tea or a coffee in the sun during the early hours of the morning. If you want, you can find infinite variety of plants and wild herbs. You can try our honey and our essential oils. We also produce seasonal vegetables.
