The Wynwood at Knock House

The Wynwood at Knock House is a custom built space designed by the creative team at Drip Dome (@dripdome). We offer top of the line gear as well as knowledgeable and hospitable staff to cater to any artist’s needs. The Wynwood is a spacious room with 2 couches, a stocked mini fridge with complimentary beverages/snacks, a large projector for streaming TV, and a private bathroom en suite!

Our Co-Founder/Head Engineer Hatty Maines (@hattymaines) has had a long career in the music industry of over 10 years. He’s worked and written with Grammy Nominees and Grammy Winners, he has an extensive catalogue of original music, and has pitched songs to some of the industry’s biggest artists.

Knock House Studios was built in the summer of 2020, hand-built by the company’s founders and friends. We work tirelessly to create an inspiring aesthetic for artists to get lost in. Two of the founders met years ago as busboys, and have brought their hospitality training to the day to day operations of our studio. We keep the studio tidy and stocked with complimentary snacks + drinks to keep creatives satisfied during long sessions.

Hourly rate: $35/hr - Accommodates up to 5 people - Minimum booking: 4 hours - Booking notice: Within hours accepted - Studio type: Mid-Level, Top-Line.
