An incredible opportunity has arisen to take on Studio 11 in Brentwood as your own studio. The studio was designed by master acoustician architect John Bollani for musician/composer Jonathan Cilia Faro. It features 4 large windows to allow for light during the day and unique lighting system at night.
Studio 11 is made up of a self contained, spacious 220 square foot Control Room and a separate big live room for vocal, piano and small trio/quartet. The Studio is now available as a long-term-rental for a minimum of 3 months. The price is $ 3,000.00/calendar month and includes all bills.
Studio 11 is a high-end luxury studio with beautiful surroundings located in a prestigious private gated community in Brentwood, TN.
Hourly rate: $40/hr - Accommodates up to 6 people - Minimum booking: 8 hours - Booking notice: Same day accepted - Studio type: Rehearsal, Podcast, Top-Line.
