Perfect for co-writing, building tracks, cutting vocals, live instruments and mixing. Bring your laptop, get right to work with Oxygen 49 MIDI controller, various electric/acoustic guitars, oodles of virtual synths/samples and Universal Audio Apollo 8 and Twin interfaces. In order to be able to provide you with this great new facility at our super discounted rate​,​ please respect the following and provide the info below​ in your initial request:

1. The stated rate is for studio rental only. We are currently only accepting bookings with our engineer, so​ please select the Engineer add-on for your booking, which is an additional $32 per hour.

2. We request a 3 hour minimum session for all clients.

3. Please provide 3 specific date and time slot options you’re interested in booking. We will then let you know which of your preferred dates​/​times are available.

4. In order to guarantee your desired session time(s)​,​ all studio and engineer payments must be made via debit/credit card (no cash accepted)​,​ within 24 hours of session request/confirmation, in advance of your session(s).

5. In your initial request please let us know whether you’ll bring a DAW​/​interface (and if so, what kind)​,​ or if you will need to use our Apollo(s).

6. In your initial request please let us know what you want to accomplish (for ex.: vocal recording​,​ mixing) during your session.

Cancellation Policy Moderate cancellation policy: Payment is refundable (minus third party fees) if session is cancelled 24 or more hours before scheduled session start time.

Hourly rate: $52/hr - Accommodates up to 5 people - Minimum booking: 3 hours - Studio type: Home Studio, Mid-Level, Podcast.
