This corner unit in the illustrious Greenpoint Lofts building is a unique offering that cannot be found elsewhere. This one of kind recording studio is built from entirely reclaimed wood from the Greenpoint Lumber Yard, and has been a cherished space by all that have had the fortune to use it. This completely custom, hand built, recording studio is a mesmerizing display of beauty and function. Upon entry, you are taken aback by one of New York’s rarest sounds: Silence. In the control room, the combination of diffusion and building materials, lends excellent audio quality to any project, while giving the space a custom and creative feel. The live room was handcrafted with the most meticulous attention to detail, in order to command the best results from anyone who uses it. The separate isolation room captures recordings in the crispiest, clearest ways possible. This studio is a direct reflection of the creativity and craftsmanship that has allowed Greenpoint to thrive as the premiere international artisanal hub as it is known today

Chesterfield sofa, 3 Samsung TV’s, 4 classic CBS radio gobos, our customized studio Mac Pro, ZAOR Miza 88X2 studio desk, 2 rack cases, 2 Drape King heavy curtain setups, Sound Anchor monitor stands, and a variety of other small odds and ends such as music stands and accessories to make it all work.
