Rent for $50 per hour, or $500 per day, with engineer.

Control room: Even bass response. Barefoot MM27 monitoring. Extreme amount of high-end outboard (see pictures). 192 in/out Pro Tools HDX. Top of the line Mac Pro (old version). Patch panel with access to everything via Mogami cabling, but every outboard processor also has its own dedicated insert in Pro Tools, so no cabling necessary. Lots of quality plugins. Pro Tools HD 12, Logic Pro X, Live Suite, Reaper. Silent working conditions. Air condition.

Live room: Live end/dead end room designed by professional studio designer. 48 lines going to control room. Vocal tracking in the dead end of the room, acoustic instruments in the live end of the room. Amps anywhere, or in dedicated amp room. Lots of high-end microphones, including Neumann U67, U87i, U87Ai, Wagner U47w, 2x Brauner VMA, AEA R44CX, R84, R88, 4x Royer R121, 2x Royer R122V, 2x Coles 4038, 6x Josephson E22S, Josephson C700S and C715, Bock 251, 2x DPA 4011, 2x Schoeps CMC6 MK4 and MK21, and lots of others.

Modern kitchen with lounge. Chill out area with sofa. No smoking inside the studio premises. Ok to smoke outside.
