Description
North Cross is a recording and writing studio located in the larger Tileyard Studio in London N7
Designed by Chris Walls of Monro Acoustics and Level Acoustic Design, North Cross studio packs a lot into its compact space. Featuring a live room as well as separate control room the studio is perfect as a writing room and with the spec in the control room can also fulfil your tracking needs.
The 26 Sq M live room is big enough for a full band set up and is bathed in natural light from a huge skylight.
The control room boasts a range of pre’s including API, BAE and Focusrite and other outboard includes several vintage 1176’s, a Summit TLA-100 plus modern compression options like a Smart Research C2 and several Empirical Labs Distressors running into a pro Tools HD Native system plus NS10 and M Audio DSM 2 monitors
The live room is well stocked with classic amps, guitars, a ’66 Ludwig Super Classic kit and a vast collection of pedals.
