Meserole Sound is a full service recording, production and mixing facility based in the heart of NYC’s creative capital, Brooklyn. We are stacked with high end recording, production and monitoring equipment. Our staff producers and engineers develop talent and are advancing their own music projects as artists themselves.

Our room is acoustically treated and tuned.

We are equipped for podcasting.

Vocals: Mics: Lauten Atlantis, AKG C 414 XL, A collection of Shure SM7b’s, Beta 57s, Two s and more. Selection of analog pre amps. Analog 1176 Compressor, analog Pultec Clone, SPL Intelligent DeEsser, Autotune equipped.

Analog Synths: Arturia Drum Brute, Novation MiniNova (with VST control), Behringer 303 (Yellow Smiley Face Edition :)

MIDI Controllers/Keys: NI Komplete Kontrol 88 Weighted Keyboard, Ableton Push 2, Original Maschine 1 Controller, DJ Tech Tools MIDI Fighter Twister.

Reference Monitors - Genelec 8040s, JBL, and an Avantone Cube for mono summing. We are also equipped with a PA system with two 1000 watt QSC K12s and a 1500 watt JBL sub so you can hear how your sounds in a venue-standard system. You can switch between all systems via the Apollo.

We have plenty of headphones including two pairs of wireless bluetooth headsets for session attendees.

Computer: New 2020 Mac Mini

Everything is routed through our Apollo system, including analog pre’s, channel strips, amps and Kemper Profile. To use your own computer, you must have UAD console installed to record. Our Apollo system is Thunderbolt 2 based, so you’ll need a USB-C converter if you have a newer computer.

DAWs: Pro Tools Subscription, Ableton 10, Logic Pro X, FL Studio Producer, Native Instruments Maschine 2.

Plugins: UAD Ultimate, Plugin Alliance MEGA Package, Slate Digital All Access, Soundtoys 5, Most standard Waves, Fab Filter, Eventide, Izotope, Boz, Sonnox, XFer, MProduction, JST and many more.

Virtual Instruments: Chromaphone, Kontakt, Omnisphere, Output Suite, Scaler 2.2, Korg Virtual Synth Collection, Arturia Pigments, Serum, Sylenth1, Massive and many more.

Hourly rate: $40/hr - Accommodates up to 5 people - Minimum booking: 4 hours - Studio type: Rehearsal, Mid-Level, Podcast.
