District Sound Lab is the premier recording studio in the Washington DC area that specializes on the recording, production, mixing and mastering of hip hop, RnB, dance music and pop. Our founder and chief engineer Calin Enache is a Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum mixer and engineer. We have worked with thousands of clients from the DC area and all over the world. Our credits include Pusha T, Joey Badass, 21 Savage, IDK, Russ, Denzel Curry, Goldlink, Wale, Domo Genesis, Maxo Kream, Mickey Singh, Chaz French, Lightshow, YFN Lucci and many more. We have a fully equipped studio space with a blend of state of the art digital and analog gear. We offer recording, mixing, mastering, post-production, mobile recording, podcasts, and voiceovers. Our primary focus is on the production, recording, mixing and mastering of hip hop, RnB, dance music, and pop.

All of our sessions are private and by appointment only. We like to provide a very laid back, creative environment. And above all else, we are proud to provide world class sound quality for modern music.
