Description
Looking for a throwback sound? Or simply want to add warmth and integrity to your modern sound? The Department of Recording and Power could be the spot for you. With affordable rates, modern and vintage equipment and quality engineers, we can achieve the textures and vibrations you are looking for.
The studio is equipped with a Neve 5315 - 24 mixing channel console, a staggering arsenal of microphones, amps, vintage keyboards, guitars and a 1972 Ludwig drum kit. With a great sounding live room, treated control room and twin isolation booths, all options are on the table. Set up times are minimal as everything is ready to go. We use Pro Tools HD as our DAW, and there is a 16 track Studer available upon request if you are looking to go that route.
The studio is available for most any audio project including film scoring, sound design, voice overs, podcasts, full band setups, and solo artists alike.
