Description
Welcome! Conveyor is a brand new, 1000 sq ft recording facility located in Brooklyn, NY. Cofounders Andrew Sheron and Jason Borisoff put a lot of thought and effort into creating a space that is exceptional in both form and function with artist friendly rates.
Our studio features 10 foot ceilings and plenty of space and channels to accommodate virtually any ensemble. Our 5x6’ booth is great for vocal and amp isolation, and we have two huge, custom built glass gobos that can be rolled in place for additional separation in the live room. Our well-treated control room is unusually large and doubles as recording space. Plus, both rooms are uniquely decorated to look great on film and in photos.
Gear highlights include eight Hearback units for personal monitoring, 32 channels of simultaneous I/O, a Hammond B3 with Leslie, Fender Rhodes, Wurlitzer, shelves full of drums and percussion, top quality microphones from Neumann, AKG, ADK, and others, and racks of outboard pres and compressors.
Conveniently located, we are surrounded by many great restaurants, shops, and live music venues. Public transit is easy via the Central M and Jefferson L train stops.
We specialize in 3D Audio (Unreal, Unity, binaural mixing), production, mixing, mastering, and arranging. We especially love rock, jazz, folk, acoustic and bluegrass.
