Audun Audio (Studio A)

Studio with 64 channels in/out and 5 individual recording rooms (including control room) with full seperation + a host of facilities including chillout room, sauna, jacuzzy, terrace, co-working space, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bathrooms, siesta area. The newly opened studio has been custom built from scratch in a 220 m2 / 2368 square feet old commercial bakery, near the well known park guell in Barcelona. The old bakery was an open space with no walls, so every room/wall in the studio has been designed from the ground and up with acoustics in mind. Each room in the studio, including the kitchen, sauna, hot-tub, coworking space, kitchen, and bar/billiard/darts area is equipped with decent sound systems for listening back to mixes (or any other music if one wishes).

The studio is especially built for production processes as well as recording bands of any size. The chillout room with billiard/darts etc also has a 50 inch screen where mixes can be played back and edited, and even overdubbed (through plugs in the wall) whilst hanging out, so there is no need to stay in the control room all the time. Additionally we offer high end video production services for bands/artists who want live recording and promotional content with exceptional cinematic results. We shoot on 4k broadcast quality equipment and can also provide in-house editing and colour grading services. We use a range of Celere and Zeiss Cinema Prime lenses on Panasonic EVA1 Cameras. Some info on the surrounding area, for people working over longer periods: There is a supermarket on the corner of the studio and a fruit/vegetable store on the next corner, so everything needed if someone wishes to cook in the studio is at less than a minute walking distance. There are good restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance (Italian, Spanish, Catalan, Cambodian, Chinese, Turkish), and the trendy area of gracia is also close by with any bar or restaurant the heart might desire.

Simple workout equipment on the premises too, including skipping ropes, free weights, heavy bag (90kg) and different boxing/martial arts wall ceiling bags etc.

Entrances to the studio are operated by bluetooth so guests can come and go as they like with a few clicks on their mobile phones, no keys necessary.
